toys are the value they place on a child’s culture. Though it may seem that our
childhood memories are unique to us but they may be shared commonly throughout
a common generation, region or culture.
A very significant aspect of our play is decided by our culture. Though
the common traits might surprise us but the differences are no less significant
for practitioners and parents alike.

form a very vital aspect of our play and the type of toys children play with
are almost always decided by the adults around them. This is even more
significant for very young children when their interaction is limited only to
